I totally agree with the caffine thing. The way I stopped was that I got rid of dairy and sweetner and I hated drinking it black, it tasted like sludge to me and it was awful. I think that if you are raw, or leaning towards raw lifestyle, you are doing a disservice to all of your efforts. For oone thing, you are making your body go into an acidic state which is where cancer cells thrive. Secondly, your adrenals become so fatigued after a time that one cup won’t be enough and it makes you so hungry too. I think social events make addictions harder, so if you are just starting out, try to become a bit antisocial for a while..it won’t kill you, it will actually save you and add on years to your life. Be healthy enough to pick up your great grandchildren, not just smile at them from a wheel chair. I suggest you towards health as a motivator and see what happens when you get healthy. Oh, another big thing for me was that I started drinking a n entire huge glass of water(distilled is best) and it rehydrated me out of my sleep. I did that first thing when I woke up. I have a glass by my bed every night for that reason alone! We lose a lot of water when we sleep and therefore lose a lot of judgement and make opoor choices. Stay hydrated and after a while you won’t like how it feels to drink coffee or acholol…Trust me, I was there so many times.
